So, the summer is winding down and if you didn’t have a super tight 6 pack to show off on the beach or at the pool this summer it’s all good. Now you got all fall, winter and spring to get that body prepared for next year.
First off, you got to commit to at least two things. 1. EAT CLEAN!!! 2. HIT THE GYM!!!!
If you want a spectacular body that the Greek gods would be jealous of you have to do the work. PERIOD.
I have talked and talked about how to get a solid six pack – check out my first post that is all about changing up what you eat as well as what to take. If you have dropped some weight then diet pills aren’t going to get you to that super six pack. DIET WILL. Once you get there (as well as on your way there) you have to be in the guy sculpting that body and those abs. To do this you are going to need a lot of energy and focus.
What I use for energy and focus is a straight up combination of diet, vitamins and pre-workout supplements. Eating clean will give you a great amount of energy and the vitamins will help with focus and energy, but the pre-workout supplements will really take it to the next level in terms of lighting a real fire under your ass. There are a shit ton of different pre-workouts out there and many of them are fn’ awesome. Some are filled with crappy additives or say you need to take 4 or 6 a day. I prefer pre-workout supplements that I only have to take once or twice a day that are all natural.

Is losing fat really easy? YES. Yes it is. Can I lose fat fast? That depends.
If you are 250 lbs. and are aren’t not 6’5″ it is going to take you some time even if you are taking some hefty diet pills. No matter what and pill advertisement tells you it will not happen over night. PERDIOD. It won’t happen in 2 or 3 weeks. It will happen over time though. The main reason diet pills come and go is because there is really only one tried and true way to lose weight effectively. Diet and exercise.
With that being said, I still take a fat burner from time to time, like before a competition. But the easy way rarely works…for long.
So, you want to get rid of that fat around your gut? You have to eat right. You want a solid 6pack? Yu have to eat right and exercise.
Again I am not saying that any type of diet pill is a bad thing, but I am saying you do need a good diet and a solid exercise plan.
What I look for in diet pills:

Well, I am here to tell you that no matter how many time you watch (and do) 8 minute abs it not going to happen if you have a ring of fat around your waist. In my particular case I had not one but two spare tires around my waist and a double chin!
I talked to a friend who is a personal trainer and asked how many crunched I need to do every day to get abs. I felt like such a dummy when I he told me crunches do build abdominals, but won’t burn enough fat from around my waist as long as my diet sucked.

So, what should YOU be eating?
Salad. I am not trying to be a dick, but it is water based and full of fiber. Eat more of it.
Boneless skinless chicken. NOT FRIED, but boiled. Add a little pepper for taste and eat with salad.
Whole grains in MODERATION. Pasta, bread, and cereal. Remember there are still carbs in the whole grain foods.
Water. Chances you aren’t drinking enough. Forget the sports drinks and diet soda. Water is best.

Do you really want to get those abs looking sharp? Have you tried a fat burner?

When it come to getting a solid 6 pack of tight abs no matter how many sit ups or crunches you do is going to get you there, PERIOD! It’s all in the diet. That’s right…the diet. Can you really expect to have a hard body while still slugging down pizza and cheeseburgers?
Ok, I got the bad news out of the way…So you might be wondering where to start? If you have a big ole gut you need to start with exercise and diet. If you are close then all you need to do is focus on what goes in to your body a little closer.
For those of you who are in the first group (the diet and exercise group) you might want a little help to get you body in shape. There are all kinds of things you can do to get started. First off, cut sugar out of your diet. Cut out WHITE foods like, pasta, bread, and white flour. Get at least 20 SOLID min of cardio at least 4 days a week.
