Water. Yep, water.

So many people are not taking in enough water and this going to directly affect you getting the abs you want in a couple of ways.

First off if you are not drinking water you are probably drinking Gatorade, powerade, or some other kind of sports drink that is packed with sugar of some kind of artificial sweetener.

If you aren’t drinking those I hope you are downing soda or other sugar filled garbage that is only going to hold you back for the perfect body.

Secondly, when you are dehydrated your brain is affected. Motivation will go down and the decision making that comes from the cerebral cortex is going to be off and you may make some bad choices.

Some of those bad choices may include skipping the gym.

See what I mean?

So, get water now! Keep it with you.

I am not telling you to go out a buy that shit bottled water, but maybe you should get a solid bottle that you can carry with you.

Energy to lose that fat – EDITED POST

energy to winOk, so I am going to get real for a minute here. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE ENERGY TO BURN FAT.

Now that that’s is out of the way, we can talk about some supplement that will give you the kick in that ass you need to get your ass to the gym to do some serious workin’ out.

I am not talking about a shitty caffeine pill, but specialized supplements that get you focused mentally and zap you full of energy to power through any work you have planned. I am talking about pre-workout supplements.

There are a shit ton of different pre-workouts out there and many of them are fn’ awesome. Some are filled with crappy additives or say you need to take 4 or 6 a day. I prefer pre-workout supplements that I only have to take once or twice a day that are all natural.

I take so many dietary supplements anyway that I prefer pills to powders any day. I have been using a specific pre-work out supplement for the past couple months on the recommendation from a friend of mine who had been using them before competitions.

I am not trying to be a dick here, but I am not going to recommend it to you. This is because I think you need to go out and find what works best for you and not something that works for me.

Six pack next year

absSo, the summer is winding down and if you didn’t have a super tight 6 pack to show off on the beach or at the pool this summer it’s all good. Now you got all fall, winter and spring to get that body prepared for next year.

First off, you got to commit to at least two things. 1. EAT CLEAN!!! 2. HIT THE GYM!!!!

If you want a spectacular body that the Greek gods would be jealous of you have to  do the work. PERIOD.

I have talked and talked about how to get a solid six pack –  check out my first post that is all about changing up what you eat as well as what to take. If you have dropped some weight then diet pills aren’t going to get you to that super six pack. DIET WILL. Once you get there (as well as on your way there) you have to be in the guy sculpting that body and those abs. To do this you are going to need a lot of energy and focus.

When it comes to building up that focus and energy it is quite a lot like growing, and yes I actually mean growing.

When you start growing it can be a little uncomfortable, but as time goes by it gets easier and easier.  Hell about the only thing you can do to make growing easier is by taking a growth supplement like growth factor plus. To lose fat now, all you have to do is decide and do the fucking work. If you don’t cry to me. Yes it takes time and work, but you can do it. It is a growing process. If you want to grow you have to push through the hard shit and be successful. That is unless you are trying to literally grow and are taking Growth Factor Plus. So, maybe you have already had all your growth spurts and not you are “full grown.” Well, that doesn’t have to be the end of your gaining height. There so many natural  growth supplements of the market to day it is crazy.

Is losing fat really easy? YES. Yes it is. Can I lose fat fast? That depends.

If you are 250 lbs. and are aren’t not 6’5″ it is going to take you some time even if you are taking some hefty diet pills. No matter what and pill advertisement tells you it will not happen over night. PERDIOD. It won’t happen in 2 or 3 weeks. It will happen over time though. The main reason diet pills come and go is because there is really only one tried and true way to lose weight effectively. Diet and exercise.

With that being said, I still take a fat burner from time to time, like before a competition. But the easy way rarely works…for long.

So, you want to get rid of that fat around your gut? You have to eat right. You want a solid 6pack? Yu have to eat right and exercise.

Again I am not saying that any type of diet pill is a bad thing, but I am saying you do need a good diet and a solid exercise plan.

What I look for in diet pills:

First they have to be all natural. I don’t like a throwing a lot of chemicals in my body. When it come to getting a solid 6 pack of tight abs no matter how many sit ups or crunches you do is going to get you there, PERIOD! It’s all in the diet. That’s right…the diet. Can you really expect to have a hard body while still slugging down pizza and cheeseburgers?

Ok, I got the bad news out of the way…So you might be wondering where to start? If you have a big ole gut you need to start with exercise and diet. If you are close then all you need to do is focus on what goes in to your body a little closer.
