Water. Yep, water.
So many people are not taking in enough water and this going to directly affect you getting the abs you want in a couple of ways.
First off if you are not drinking water you are probably drinking Gatorade, powerade, or some other kind of sports drink that is packed with sugar of some kind of artificial sweetener.
If you aren’t drinking those I hope you are downing soda or other sugar filled garbage that is only going to hold you back for the perfect body.
Secondly, when you are dehydrated your brain is affected. Motivation will go down and the decision making that comes from the cerebral cortex is going to be off and you may make some bad choices.
Some of those bad choices may include skipping the gym.

So, get water now! Keep it with you.
