Welcome to Your Fitness Blog. Internet is a huge source of information. However, there is so much of it in there that you can not distinguish the good and valuable from the bad and fake. You feel therefore alone, blind and confused. This is like three big hols, three black holes causing massive devastation of your dreams for a lean and healthy body.
Let me tell you right now – you are NOT alone.
There are countless other people just like you who are also struggling to put together all the pieces of the jig saw.
I know from firsthand experience because I used to be one of them.
In the internet, there are a lot of silent killers destroying everything in their path, offering bad information very well wraped up though.
and then the story starts like this…
you follow them, you feel great because you see that it really is possible and you start getting excited. You try a few things but nothing works and soon you start feeling discouraged…
you feel like you are the sole person in the world who has not managed to get a lean and healthy body. You can’t stop thinking that there must be something wrong with you. After all how hard can it be? Well, too hard, if you do not have the right information, the right guide, the right way to do it.
There is one thing we all learn while surfing in internet there is NO shortage of information. The darned stuff is everywhere! Information is great, do not get me wrong, but too much of it is like skiers who do not wear goggles in the sunshine, they get blind. You too get blind the same way from the massive information available.
Wouldn’t it be a lot easier and lot more fun if you could just get ONLY the information you needed and be able to totally ignore all the rest?
You want to but you just can’t. You feel overwhelmed, overloaded and paralyzed. It’s a horrible feeling and it should not be this way.
How did it come to this?
People love other people. That’s why we’re all still here. Yes, there are exceptions – but in the main, we love one another and we want to see our fellow people succeed.
In short – we love to help others.
Now this is great…But when it leads to a huge influx of helpers all offering slightly different advice it becomes CONFUSING because you don’t know who you should listen to.
The helpers who offer the best advice start becoming a HOT COMMODITY and the people wanting help flock to them in their thousands..
I’ve seen this happened time and time again..
The entire internet marketing arena has become, in many ways, a victim of its own success. Hobbyists have become Helpers. Helpers have become Advisors. And Advisors have gotten rich.
The demand is never-ending but the supply of Advisors who really know how to show you the right path is very small.
I am not going to show you the path, this is not my aim. I am not even trying to advise you, there are so many out there who can do it better than me.
So, what is this blog about?
This is Your Complete Guide on Fitness. You are offered quality information from savvy people, authors of valid articles that will help you get your right path. The one is suitable to you. The one based on your personal needs and goals. You will be helped in your search. And then you can register and have more personal advice.
In your search, in order to avoid scams, and fake promises, be aware of four Big Tales that I state for you here:
Imaginary Tale 1:
You can lose two or more pounds per week without dieting and exercise.
This is blatantly false. You can NOT quickly lose weight, or lose body fat without changing your way of life (see more below).
Truth: Losing weight will require you to change your eating and exercise practice. In one word: you need to change your lifestyle.
Imaginary Tale 2:
You can eat whatever you want and as much as you want with no limits.
A pill that will allow you to eat whatever you want and still lose weight? Science may be good, but it’s not going to change the laws of physics.
TRUTH: What goes into your body must go somewhere, whether it is spent into energy, turned into fat, or turned into waste; your body must do the work to spend the calories. A serious weight loss program should take all of it into consideration and work out a right balance of healthy eating and exercising leading to a long term fit body based on each one’s needs and goals.
Imaginary Tale 3:
You can securely and easily lose more than 2-3 pounds a week for more than four weeks at a time.
You should consult your health care professional for what your goal weight loss should be every week, especially if you are diagnosed with obesity.
TRUTH: Intense weight loss of more than three pounds per week over several consecutive weeks can be damaging for your health.
Imaginary Tale 3:
Your weight loss will be permanent even after you stop using x product; or applying y weight loss program.
A product (e.g. pill) that will curb your appetite is only going to work while you use the pill. A weight loss program that is strictly applied may make you lose weight (even rapidly), but it may not preserve your long term body health or your weight loss, if you stop applying it.
TRUTH: Anything permanent is going to require a permanent lifestyle change.
Imaginary Tale 4:
Products that claim all users will lose substantial weight.
TRUTH: No product can work for everyone.
So, here are 2 Essential Tips:
- Don’t get duped into using strange diets, pills, or even dangerous exercises. Not only will you be disappointed with the results, you could actually endanger your health.
- Do your research, find out what works, get expert advice, and
become the STRONG and HEALTHY person of your dreams.
To your success
